Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped within 2-21 business days and may be subject to change depending on availability. Business days include Monday to Friday with the exception of holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments depending on availability.

Carriers

Alan Lee Collection predominately uses UPS Ground. If you choose 3 day select we will contact you if the items are not immediately available

Order Tracking

Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships; you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

In-Store Pickup

Orders must be shipped to their destination. In-store pickup is not available.
